At JFS Care, we help navigate life’s opportunities and challenges through a continuum of person-centered services. Our Senior Engagement program offers friendly visits and telephone reassurance that connect volunteers with older adults to increase engagement and decrease loneliness. Our Home Care services offer assistance with activities of daily living for older adults and adults with disabilities in a home or congregant setting. Our Care Management services offer a team of professionals working with clients to create a dynamic, holistic personal care plan. This plan can include medical care, social activities and even financial management through bill pay and guardianship. Throughout our programs and services, we honor our clients’ preferences for healthy living and maximum independence. As needs evolve, we adapt.
At JFS Counseling, we help you find your way. Our experienced therapists work with you through the issues you’re facing in a welcoming, supportive environment. Our counselors are highly skilled in assisting individuals of all ages, couples and families, children and adolescents, older adults and those with special needs. For your convenience, we also provide on-site services at Assisted Living Facilities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities and Rehabilitation Hospitals.
At JFS Adoption, our knowledgeable social workers streamline the adoption process. Whether you’re hoping to adopt a child or considering placing a child for adoption, we can help. We take a client-centered approach, taking the time to get to know your personal needs and preferences.
