Adoption Through Collaborative Agreement
Adoption Through Collaborative Agreement
JFS was awarded the Adoption Through Collaborative Agreement (ATCP) grant, funded by the Virginia Department of Social Services, which is designed to support local social service agencies in preparing children, youth, and families for adoption. These services include but are not limited to, family recruitment, placement, and adoption finalization. ATCP aims to provide a collaborative approach to addressing adoption barriers and ensuring that children achieve long-term stability and permanency. If you have questions or would like to make a referral, please contact Jackie Cowan at 804-349-0747 or jcow@jfsrichmond.org
