JFS Richmond has been recognized for its commitment to staff development, earning the Leader in Training Award from Activated Insights. This award honors organizations that prioritize professional growth and training, helping ensure high-quality care for the communities they serve.
To achieve this distinction, JFS Richmond met the award’s criteria, including having more than 10 Care Aides complete at least one training course during the year, maintaining an average of eight or more course completions per care professional, and utilizing Activated Insights Training consistently for at least three months.
The recognition reflects JFS Richmond’s ongoing dedication to empowering its team with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional services across counseling, care for seniors, adoption support and other programs. The award comes during a period of transition, as Activated Insights recently acquired Care Academy, JFS Richmond’s training platform. Despite this change, the organization’s commitment to professional development remained strong, earning it this national recognition.
