Colleen Quinn, Esq. is Director of the Quinn Law Centers at Locke & Quinn. She practices in many areas, including adoption law. Ms. Quinn is a member of the LGBT Bar Family Law Institute and previously served in the Virginia Family Law Coalition. Her accolades include the 2008 Congressional “Angels in Adoption” award and the “Adoption Attorney of the Year” award from Lawyers Monthly in 2017.
